Apparantly, today was 1500 days, exactly, since 9/11/01. I just heard this on the radio a moment ago.

I'm not saying we need to have any more mourning than we usually do, but I found the count interesting. Think of all the changes in all of our lives since then.

in a post-9/11 world, doom comes out on friday.

i talked to someone who actually wanted to see it. he said the graphics looked good. Given your taste for bubba ho tep and army of darkness, i'm a little surprised you wouldn't give doom a chance to be the next campy movie you enjoy.
