The Wounded and some other bands I can't remember the names of :p
Went to a concert of The Wounded yesterday. I got dragged to it by my Japanese teacher and his minions of sorts. We think we saw one of the guitarists of the band when we went to the place they played XD.
Anyway, three bands played. I'm not entirely sure what the first two were called, but the first band to play stood in for another band that couldn't come. They were pretty nice vocal wise (the lady who was singing had a pretty good voice :D! And with the guy, it was a pretty hefty combo!), but music wise they sounded a bit subpar :(.
The second band was the other way around. The music was pretty good (fast!), but the vocals... was utterly shite ¬_¬... Damn! The dude couldn't even grunt very well xp! So was glad I only listened to one song without earplugs and listened to the rest with earplugs in.
The third band was The Wounded! Whoo! They were good! Not good like Despa, but good in a different way :). The singer has a pretty full type of voice. It's not necessarily low, if you get what I mean. And! His voice didn't go weird! :D He sung more or less like how he should sing the entire 2 or so hours :D! Woot!
I'm glad I went, they were really good live :). The keyboardist was very energetic behind his keyboards :). Was pretty funny to see ^^.
Afterwards, I gathered some courage and asked whether the bandmembers wanted to sign the cd I bought XD;;;. And now I've got their third album autographed XD! Whoo! XD! Am very happy! :)
