What is up with the people in Muskegon today. Earlier I went to the park down the street from my apartment and I was skipping stones and I tried to skip a stone that was about the size of my fist. It didn't skip and just splashed into the water, and then some asshole on a lawnmower stopped and proceeded to bitch at me saying how the city paid $
