Amber and I are sitting outside in the courtyard. We're both on our computers and both rambling to our friends on AIM and checking email/whatever. I've just spent the last few days in Peoria again. This time I stayed with Karen and Lindsay and it was such a good idea! I had non-stop fun and kept going to their parent's house for dinner! Food! Well, since I'll be in Springfield and have a little more money at my fingertips... I think I am for REAL going to take flight lessons. No more saying "maybeeee," but instead I will say "yes yes!" So there you go. I'll be so well rounded when all is said and done I'll have myself a B.A., and M.A. and a pilot's license! Ha, look out.

This weekend I went to Chicago for Pitchfork. I arrived Saturday afternoon (after driving through the hellish-oh there's a Cubs game-traffic). yesterday, amber and i drove to springfield in search of apartments. we called about a dozen numbers and everyone was generally snotty or not helpful whatsoever. it was pouring down rain and landlords gave us the cold shoulder.
