I've always loved eating rye and pumpernickel breads.

i think the bread would have turned out better in temperate countries as the humidity level there is much lower than in hot and humid Singapore :p
I had to add slightly lesser water also during kneading. Well will be trying more stuff - stay tuned lol.

woah i seldom eat these dark rye breads but it looks good~ can imagine the nice aroma floating around the house.
i usually eat only the normal gardenia bread lol.

baking bread aint as daunting as it seems :p
Not used to the dark rye taste lol. Must try mixing more white flour in next time.

oh btw if u start eating freshly baked bread with the crunchy crust and aromatic crumb...it is heavenly lol...getting addicted.
