A barn should cost $45,000 at most, since your's holds (4 horses?), that shouldn't cost much, and Land, isn't really that much, it shouldn't be adding shit to the price. So basically let's just say your house should cost 450,000, ask your parents to try and get a bargain for it. They might lower it.
