If you don't mind my asking what test did you use to arrive at that number? Some of the tests are horribly inaccurate. The best is a hydrostatic test.

Totally True!!! I think the impedance ones are still better than the skin fold ones.

I got measured yesterday with 4 site skin fold and they told me I'm 34% fat! I'm must have been hitting 50% back in January... hahaha... they lie... that's all there is to it
