I know there's a lot of them, but they all make sense. Especially the physical ones. Anxiety, for a mental issue, does seem to like to manifest itself into physical symptoms. I personally hate the muscles twitches and muscles zaps, I really don't need anything to make me more spazzy, my lack of social grace is quite enough.
I remember from my time raising fish that the leading cause of death among the fish was Stress. If they became stressed, they'd often get sick and die. And *everything* can stress out a fish.
My point was that even these tiny creatures with limited brain power had physical reactions to stress. Thus it seems reasonable that humans would have a bunch of physical reactions to stress as well.
I'm not even touching the woman/fish thing. It's tired. Besides, you aren't the type of womyn to get worked up about that, especially since you'd know I was only doing it to yank your chain.
