Well this morning I was finally feeling better after catching whatever it was that has destroyed my sinuses will to live. Then I bent over to pick up my jacket off the couch and twisted funny, end result a Hilary who is in excruciating pain when ever she tries to walk, drive or change from sitting to standing. Sitting is not so bad on a good chair

Down your paracetamol with coffee for that extra bit of caffeine adjuvant effect. Hope it gets better really soon, so not fun having a bad back!

No coffee here :( so I downed it with a nice cup of Irish Breakfast Tea. Never allow your spinal boney things to pinch your spine nervey thing it hurts and removes your abiality to remember the correct words for the bits that hurt.

I founded neurofen at the newsagents next door it was as far as I could get on my wandering. I have since swallowed a few down and here is hoping they kick in soon.

I agree I would like to divorce backpain from my family all together.

Though tis is the perfect excuse to sit around in a corset which forces you to hold your posture corectly and offers some measure of support :)
