Considering I severely hurt my back by coughing the wrong way the other week, I am empathetic to Jared lol Poor guy.

Aww, poor guy, I empathize. I did that the other month, while putting the leash on the dog. I wore dresses and flip flops for two weeks cause I couldn't bend over to put on pants and shoes. Take him to the doc, he might be able to get a RX for muscle relaxers or pain meds.

Dude I am NOT old and I've done that... I leaned down to pet the dog once and threw out my back so bad, I barely moved for a week! lol The back is nothing to fuck around with.

The last time I messed it up was back in May (and it was fucking BAD that time) and I still have a sharp pain whenever I move that I've just learned to tolerate.

Poor Jared. Go rub the guy's back, Alex! SHEESH!
