You can also try coconut flour... but there's monkey-ing with eggs and stuff..

Yay for alternatives! I know I need to place an order for stuff online. Especially for bread. I really am not fond of the rice bread and I'm more inclined to go without.

We have a bunch of Bob's Red Mill stuff, but I've read that it's not the best out there. It was just the only stuff I could find locally.
