I truly hope this is a good move for y'all. I've heard the PNW is lovely and the pix I've seen bear that out. Be safe on the drive and enjoy each other!

I was going to stay here while Drew made the drive, but I didn't like the thought of him driving that long, all alone, and it would be nice to spend that time together. I'm sure I'd be on the phone with him most of the drive anyway, if I stayed here. =D

Heh. I know that feeling. There are days when I'll be driving home, and I'm on the phone with John, and the only reason I hang up is because we're in the same room. :-) If we didn't have shared phones, I shudder to think what our cell bill would be.

Actually, I know what it is. It's about $2000, judging from the last pre-deployment cell phone, when Verizon had us on roaming charges for three months. ;-)

We were talking about maybe Disneyland, but we don't know how what we're looking at financially. We have to get packing supplies and get the SUV looked at since we're not going to sell it anytime soon.

I will definitely keep you posted and we WILL work something out.

We'll be in northern Seattle, in Fremont, I believe. At least for now. Depending on where Drew and I end up working, we might move around a bit.
