Google has done a review of my site and says it is now clean. They also say it may take a while for news of that to spread. So please ignore the warnings or wait patiently until they go away. I have no idea how long it will be before they go away. Google says the site is clean, but Firefox hasn't gotten that message yet. ;p

Original Post:
It seems google is listing my website as an "attack site" because it is "suspicious" to them. The links they include as examples of this "suspicious behavior" are my links to my livejournal group, my yahoo guestbook, and my yahoo poll. I can't speak for livejournal, but unless yahoo's webshosting pages have been hacked in the last 24hrs, I think those links are still safe.
I tried following google's advice to get my site removed from their "suspicious" list, but they can't find anything specific for me to change on it. They say flat out that simply removing my links to yahoo!webhosting and livejournal aren't enough. As far as actual adware/hacks/etc go, they can't find anything bad on my site at all. That's what is so suspicious about it, I guess - the fact that I don't have virus-ridden google ads on my page.
I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I won't pay google $40 to stop listing my site as dangerous when they've already told me they can't find anything dangerous on it. To me, that's a blatant scam. I'm just fine with my website no longer showing up on google searches. The only problem is that firefox apparently uses google's list to determine which sites to warn people away from. That sucks.
So, continue using my site at your own discretion, I guess. I will start offering sendspace download links for future scanlations, though - so you can get the books without having to deal with the scary red warnings.
If you do decide to continue using it, let me know if you get warnings from the direct download links - or if you only get them when you try to visit an actual page. I'm curious. ;p
UPDATE:
On second thought, I'm going to lock my website until I can check this out. After looking around, a bunch of my pages *were* edited yesterday. So there may be something new and dangerous on them. I'm going to replace all the old ones I have copies of and try to redo the new ones. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please stand by! ^^;
UPDATE 2:
Okay, my site is unlocked again. I know, that was fast. Something(one) went through and added a bogus script to a bunch of my pages. Luckily they never got to the dj pages, which compromise the majority of my site. I replaced all of the iffy pages and it should be good to go. As far as I can tell, the bogus script doesn't *do* anything. It's just a bunch of numbers and dollar signs. o.O But I got rid of them anyway. If I can get google to review my site for free, I might just get this cleared up quickly after all.
I'm still working my way through B-chan's section, but I don't link to those pages here so you won't have to worry about it.
Update 3
After doing a whole bunch of pages by hand, I realized yahoo had a "snapshot backup" thing set up so that I can just restore pages. Ain't that always the way? I'll be sure not to complain about my webhost provider for at least a year after this.
I don't see any sign of the suspicious script on my pages now. I've applied to google to do a free review. Now I just have to wait and see what they find. ^^;
