accessible mp3 player ?

My grandfathers eyesight is horrid -- but he wants an mp3 player to listen to audio books. Are there any ones with large buttons or fonts ? The ipod classic is ncie but the font is way too small!!

Any help ?

Get him a Shuffle. iTunes should comply with vision-impaired programming, and he can just set up a playlist that will play the books in whatever order he wants, no secondary screen needed.
