yesterday i went thrift store shopping.  if you have never stepped foot in a thrift store, like me in the first 17 years of my life, i guartantee you're missing out. there's always a jungle of interesting knick-nacks and weird contraptions that you probably never knew existed. for example, i've found legitimate native artwork, a heartfelt letter

Good idea! I found a statue of Mark Twain with an over-sized head at a thrift store once. I've tried posting pic of it behind a tag, but I can't seem to get it to work. Oh well.

When I was growing up, I used to never go into stores like that!! But now, I love them. You can find so many amazing little knick knacks or even clothes. The one near my house has a lot cool outfits too. Normally when we have 80s night or any sort of "dress up" party we go to the local thrift store to buy clothes/accessories for it!
