And then Halloween happened and life was good.

Despite throwing a party that involved one of my friends getting injured, despite trick-or-treating with my ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend, despite being back on happy pills.

I think life is going to be okay.

Really, it wasn't all that bad. I'm pretty good friends with his girlfriend, and he and I are rebonding, almost like everything that ever happened before never did. It just kind of felt... weird when we came back to her house and they were snuggling on the couch while I sang Nightmare Before Christmas music and plinked around on the piano. I sort of set myself up for that one, though.

Why aren't you ever online anymore? It's been a zillion years.
