On intelligence reflects adaptation

i think i would disagree with piaget about intelligence. if adaptation showed the intelligence, then the most intelligent people would be immigrants (immigration is the worst kind of forced adaptation) who have experienced the greatest shifts in their style of living, beliefs and language. i, myself, as an immigrant, see so many other immigrants ( Read more... )

Interesting argument, but Piaget's ideas were about mental adaptation- and sadly, they were never made into a test of intelligence. How are you defining intelligence in this post?
