My name's Adam.....and the government is going to take away my property rights....Mer....so much fear.....don't be afraid. The ass raping will be over soon enough.
I am glad I don't live in the part of the country though. Any immigration issues aside, if people we're destroying my stuff, stealing my stuff, and breaking into my house and threatening me there wouldn't be people left alive to file lawsuits.

Ha ha ha! That is my new quote of the week!
I think that sucks, but nobody forced him to buy that piece of land with the pedestrian highway running through it. I'm sick of hearing people around here bitch about illegals running through their property. They bought land in the middle of the desert right next to the border for less than a thousand bucks per acre (I've seen it as low as $200.). What the hell do they expect out of life? If it bothers him so much, sell it and move. Arizona is full of people who say they hate Mexicans, but never explain why they want to live by the border. Bisbee, Benson, even Sierra Vista are all much nicer than Douglas, and still close enough to visit his family, friends, or whatever makes somebody want to live in Douglas.
Besides, our property rights went out the window with the idea of imminent domain. Sucks.

Here's the thing. It's US soil right? It's our governments job to protect our borders right? Why is our government allowing non-citizens the opportunity to sue a man who violated their civil rights? (By all definitions one would have to be a member of this country to have civil rights

Don't get me wrong, the law suit is total bullshit. The irony is, around here he probably would have got into less trouble if he just let his dogs run loose, but it sounds like it might have been a pet and not a guard dog

The point I was making about that guy in Douglas is that, whatever the law is, whatever his rights are, that land is cheap for a reason. If he isn't prepared to deal with it, he shouldn't live there
