You just have to start from the bottom and go up. I spent 3 months in accounting and changed entire careers taking an entry level job in customer service just to get in. Then you look for other positions within an organization that offer more experience and money. THEN you move to better companies with the experience. Eventually you'll get to a managerial or supervisory position.

Were I you, I would definitely mention that you have studied another language, too. My resume has a little section that says: "Languages: English (native speaker, college major); German (conversational)."
Also my mom says putting some things from high school still (like GPA, valedictorian status, national merit standing) is still acceptable for someone fresh out of college.
As far as the interview goes, I'm sure Kirsten can give you all kinds of stuff, but my dad's pet peeve is people who trail off instead of clearly ending their answer. My mom hates people who wear too much perfume and who don't listen to the question asked (like they answer something different).
But I'd say Kirsten will be a big help.
