Twenty Random Facts About Vince Neil
1- Sometimes Vince feels that he really is a lesbian with the wrong body.
2- Apparently, Vince was spoiled as a kid. Not spoiled as in "everyone gives him what he wants" but "he always gets what he wants", which was way worse. He is still spoiled after all these years, no matter how hard Nikki has tried to teach him a lesson. Or ten.
3- When he was still sleeping in Tommy's van, one night, it was too cold to fall asleep, and he felt Tommy creep in, and a blanket was thrown over his shoulders. And he peeked through his lashes and saw Tommy kneeling beside him, his hand looking as if it were going to touch his cheek. Vince waited. Disappointingly, that hand retreated.
He still wonders what would have happened if he just opened his eyes right then. Probably nothing, though.
4- Vince had decided if Tommy dared do anything he'd beat the living shit out of him. Still, he was secretly flattered that he wanted to do anything at all.
5- The real reason that Vince didn't leave Lovey at first was he loved the shampoo at her house too much. It's a pity he has never met that lovely scent of vanilla ever since.
...Incidentally, That was when he developed a habit of stealing makeup stuff from his girlfriends.
6- Vince has said "I love you" so many times that it has become a conditioned reflex. And so he invented some secret substitutes for it, such as putting out his tongue at you after fucking up your great meal or vomiting all over your newly changed sheets.
7- But Vince is not a romantic. In that way, he is even maturer than Nikki. Vince has always been pure pratical, and Nikki, though not practical, has always been pessimistic.
That's probably why Mick can communicate well enough with them, but not Tommy.
8- Throw Vince back in time and he does the same things. Always.
9- That can be the reason why he has always been the "estranged" one in The Threesome.
Nikki and Tommy does things on a whim and are always changing. Nikki sees himself in an ironic light. Vince doesn't, but he can appreciate that at times.
10-Vince can probably do anything good enough if he really tries. Except for maths. But he rarely can care enough to really try something.
11-Last time he did, he failed miserably.
12- He just never thought Nikki was a good poet, even after he sent him that little thingie. He smiled and cried and that's that.
13- Still, a gentle Nikki scares him far more than a scary one.
14- He had nightmares in which Nikki sat him in a chair and auditioned new singers one after one after one right in front of him. He got desperate trying not to cry. He also had nightmares about gentle Nikki. Which were scary, really.
15- It angers Vince that he has never won a single fight with Nikki. He has beaten Tommy, and Tommy can beat Nikki at times. It just makes no sense.
16- As a matter of fact Vince doesn't enjoy violence any more than an average guy. That, at times, makes him feel insecure.
17-Vince cries less than you want to believe, but still more than you can believe. If that makes sense at all.
18-When Nikki told Heidi on the phone, "Vince was with me", he wasn't lying. They were playing video games in Nikki's hotel room. Vince isn't a particularly good player and always loses to his own son, but Nikki makes up for it. He is so bad that anyone's better than he is.
Sometimes Tommy would join, who is probably better than Neil Wharton. Sometimes Vince thought that was really the only reason he hated him.
19- Sometimes Vince likes to think that he is amused when people make fun of his weight these years. After all, he is still the same person…
20- Or is he?
Other times he gets confused himself. And goes to drink. Yes, he is still the same person.
Pure--or not that pure, but you get it--fiction. Not really slashy, either.
And bad English.
I'm sleepy and it very likely makes no sense. But I'd still love to see you do it with your favourite rocker. :)
(Incidentally, you won't be seeing me around much in a year or two... I'll crawl up to post a useless ficlet like this one or an equally useless picture, once in a while, and I'll post on Rockfic if some of the ficlets turn out good enough for a beta. But I'm just getting busier and busier and busier. Which isn't fair, because I did pretty good in the exam. But I need to.:( )
