I didn't get hurt. We were practicing, and I tried do something new, and I hit him instead of his sword. I don't know, it's all blurry after that.

I was trying something new, I just combined a move I learned from Soi Fon-taichou and my zanpakutou and it didn't work out, I missed completely and hit him right in the chest.
