His hat is a store item! :o I couldn't believe the store had something so cute. I get all my store files from here, though, hehe. I recommend checking that out, because the versions of the files she uploads are already set to non-random (makes your town load so much faster kjflkaelgj) and for the right categories.
It's cray cray. I love all the kids...which is ridiculous, since there's seven of them. ;__; And hopscotch is pretty much my favorite thing to watch my sims do, lol.
