Hurray for the internet! :D

Go to http://www.coursehero.com/copyright.php

Fax or email them a cease and desist letter and say that it will be followed up in mail. (Also follow up in mail.)

(Fax them! I am a big fan of faxes. Faxes are old and cranky! Do not mess with the fax man. :D)

CC GoDaddy on these communications. (Maybe also on the the written letter.) GoDaddy is their ISP. CopyrightClaims@godaddy.com and http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/legal_agreements/show_doc.asp?pageid=TRADMARK_COPY

Make sure that you follow both GoDaddy's form letter instructions and CourseHero's. They are similar, and totally reasonable.
