Two weekends ago, we psuedo-chefs gather together for another KFC (Knsarf Freestyle Cooking) event. For a while this was a monthly event for us but after a tragic encounter between a head of garlic and a deep fryer, cooking events were kinda put on hold. Anyway, to celebrate the return to the kitchen, I wanted to share one of our original recipes

It was suggested you might have some ideas on a good source for sushi-quality fish around this area?

I will confirm he's got the connections for sushi quality fish. You're in luck, they just moved from the city to Hayward (I believe). I'll poke him to confirm with you ^_^. You can ping me at gmail with meg.keokanock

Hmm.. depending on where they were in the city, moving to Hayward probably makes them somewhat more inconvenient for me, actually, but I'll take what I can get :)
