I don't post much but whatever I do post I do not want on facebook or twitter so I have followed instructions and now the crossposting cannot happen.....apparently!!

my Dad is 79, he has to have a heart operation at the end of the month, I'm a tad worried although he is otherwise fit and usually very healthy. Mum is the one who is often not as well she is a diabetic and has the usual ills and ails that can attend that plus she is 76 ( Read more... ) -
