Skyward Sword!

Doooooooooooone!

Finally!

...Well, done yesterday, actually, but I went into Radiant Dawn immediately after that and didn't finish until bedtime. *coughs*

There was lots of (necessary, monster-slaying) flailing, and I woke up so, so very sore. Baw.

The boss before the final boss was the hardest battle I've had all game. DDDDD: I already flailed out all my energy getting to him, and then, and then, the fighty part on the platforms was. BAW. And then the sword bit. DDDDDDDDDDD: VERY VERY BAW. I'm still not very good at controlling the direction of my strikes, actually, so I always have a world of trouble with this guy. D: Anyway. I finished it. Took two fairies. Had 2 hearts left. >.>; ...well. Had 16 hearts to begin with, so I guess... that took 26 hearts?

And then the final final boss...

Looked up a walkthrough on bosses, and they advised getting all the heart pieces and filling all bottles with heart potion+s or ++s. And I was like. DDDDD: IS IT THAT HARD? BAAAAAAAAAAW.

So anyway. I was way too lazy to get all the heart pieces. These minigames are really hard... D: But I was one piece away from 17, so I figured I'd get one more, at least.

First, I tried the archery minigame! Because I was like, WHEE BOW! ...Yeah. Failed pretty miserably. Highest I got was 400 flat. It's really hard after you hit about 250 or so... DDDDD:

So then I gave up. >.>; And decided, whatever, I'll try the thunder dragon's challenge. Because just four battles for a heart piece, right? 12 for the fancy shield, so... 4 shouldn't be that bad. (I am not touching the silent freaking realms again, whatever the reward.)

Picked Skyview boss for my first battle. Super-easy! Won in under a minute! ...Well. Because it was an early boss and my sword is fancy now.

Got Earth Temple boss for my second battle! Super-easy too! It died in like two hit-barrages. I didn't even get to the take off all the rocks part. Again, because early boss, and sword is fancy now.

Third one was... DDDDDDDDDDD: The Ancient Cistern boss. AND I NEARLY DIED RIGHT THERE. It was just as hard as the first time. ;_________________________________________________;

So I was like. Baw. Baw. Do I continue? I'm almost dead. But but. Only one more... Maybe I'll get lucky...

And then, and then, I got the Sunken Ship one. THE TENTACLE MONSTER. ;_______________________; The one that took me half an hour last time. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW.

...Actually, this time was much easier. Part of what too so long last time was trying to figure out how to do a Skyward Strike through the tentacles. Didn't realize you could charge and slice sideways, for a while. So, yes. Finally did it. Was really, really tired at the end. Because. Well. Flailing through four boss battles. XD;

So, 17 hearts, 3 potions, 2 fairies. I decided, whatever, I'll just go see the final boss now. I can save right before, anyway, so if I die... *shrugs*

Final boss.

Was.

A JOKE.

DDDDDDDD:

I mean, on the one hand, I'm relieved, I guess. But on the other hand, yeesh. It was the easiest boss all game, seriously. Although considering how hard the other bosses are, that's not saying much. But still! It was easier than the boss before it. It was easier than the pirate captain mid-boss. I got hit a little bit at the start before I knew what to do. And then my shield took a small beating before I figured out the timing.

And then after that, it barely hit me again. >.>; See, the Cistern's boss's range was really long. So it kept hitting me even when I thought I was safely away. This one? Pfft. This one couldn't do anything. It was basically block, flail for a bit, backflip. The second part was even easier. It managed to hit me once, and... well, that was it. The thingies it shot were really, really easy to dodge, and then it was a sitting duck. XD; (Why, yes, let's not forget I fight like a thief. XD The only two things I can do really well in any fighting kind of game are flailing and dodging. >.>; So yes. I buttonmash. But I buttonmash while dodging really well. >.>;) The only challenge at all was at the end, when it took me a few tries to finish, because I was too far away.

So yes! All done! :D ...And no, I didn't save, and no, I don't want to start heroic mode. *coughs*

Also I made a discovery! The wiimote is too big for my hands. Yes, the wiimote is. (And nunchuk, I mean.) I can use it fine normally, but for things like boss battles where it's more intensive and my hands are sweaty? I can't reach the control stick or the A button just holding them normally. >.>;;; In fact, the only controller that's ever fit comfortably in my hands is gamecube's. ;_;

In conclusion, this is how I imagine Zelda games to end now:
"So, you defeated [insert boss here] and saved the world! What are you going to do now, Link?"
"...Get a massage. DDDDD:"
"Oh, a ~*~massage~*~, I see. From the lovely Zelda, I presume? >D"
"No... From a licensed therapist... D:"
