Foodies: pretty-much-no work korma

1 jar Trader Joe's Korma Simmer Sauce
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 red potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed very very well. (get rid of as much extra salt as possible)

Throw all of that into your slow cooker on high (or a big pot on a low simmer on the stove). Add 1/2 a jar (use the Korma Sauce jar) of water to help fight against dehydration. Cover and cook.

In another pot, cook 1 cup brown rice and 2.5 cups of water. Bring water to boil, add 2 tsp salt, add rice, turn down to a simmer, simmer 45 minutes.

Your korma and your rice should be done at the same time.
