Yep, I have a freakin job. I feel a bit better about myself now that I'm not just a lazy lump sitting around the house half the time. I actually found out last week, but I hadn't found the time to post. It's an entry-level retail sales position at JC Penney, but it could definitely be worse. I started training today. I find exercise and eating better greatly improves mood and depression issues for me, too. Counseling and active work on the problems underlying the depression are all-important, too. Just a tip from your neighborhood Uncle who's lived with severe anxiety stuff since she was like 3!
