So I woke up today at like 4 in the morning and got a huge wave of anxiety...my heart was pounding so badly it almost hurt....I was taught how to breathe in those situations but it doesn't seem to be working...the only solution lately is sleep I guess. I'm so shaky everyday I wake up..I can't take this. damnit.

I hate having feels like this. I hate days where I don't get enough sleep, but yet it's like I can't even fall asleep if I want to. It always makes me extremely moody when I lose sleep my body doesn't even want.
