My year in books (2018)

Happy new year!

First of all, I'm superhappy because I made a reading challenge with myself of reading 5 books this year (I had totally abandoned reading) and I ended up finishing 13 books!

So these are the books I read this year:

· Platero y yo, Juan Ramón Jiménez
· La noche soñada, Màxim Huerta
· Norse mythology, Neil Gaiman
· Asterix en Bélgica, Uderzo & Goscinny
· Walk this way, Aerosmith & Steven Davis
· De Ciutadans a Ciudadanos, Josep Campabadall & Francesc Miralles
· Política para Amador, Fernando Savater
· Divergent, Veronica Roth
· Insurgent, Veronica Roth
· Allegiant, Veronica Roth
· Rinconete y Cortadillo, Miguel de Cervantes
· Call me by your name, André Aciman
· Mitología japonesa, Claude Helft

The book I enjoyed the most was, without a doubt, Call me by your name. And this is because it's a book that captures you and makes you feel what its characters are feeling. I've heard rumors about a second part coming out in 2019 but I'm afraid it won't make the story better.

The book that dissapointed me the most was Rinconete y Cortadillo, a classic tale by Cervantes about two young scoundrels on XVI century Seville. I am not trained to understand why this story is so important or so good but to me it meant nothing: it was even boring.
