trading with the morning dispatcher so that I have saturday off.

more than liekly he'll call in sick since he's tried to reneg and change our deal twice with me already and once with the night supervisor.

but i've been assured, i hold up my end of the bargain and I will have Sat off, if he calls in sick or something the supervisors will likely drop the hammer on him.
