A disturbing realization

As I looked at the person sleeping across from me on the train, I realized that whenever a person has their eyes closed, their lenses cause a bulge in their eyelids. That really unsettled me for some reason. It's probably because we think of the eyes as the opening between the eyelids, but when a person's eyes are closed, and I can see the lens,

But the next time you find someone sleeping in the SLR, look into their eyes. Look into their eyelids...and see the horror!
