Rules for PowerPoints

I don't often have to do PowerPoint presentations (thank God), but these seem to be pretty good rules for business presentations in general:

they want to know the offering too (how much of company for what price)

but in general, 10 in 20 is too many slides or too few minutes. generally 3-6 minutes per slide for most slides is correct. Less than that and you're rushing. more and you're babbling
