According to rumors, Hassan-i Sabbah, the leader of the Muslim sect called the Assassins, treated his followers to a stay at his personal garden, which had rivers of wine, exotic fruits, adoring virgins, and some amount of drugs. It was meant to be a vision of heaven, which inspired these men to carry out Hassan's orders
