Well, this is Day 3 at .5mg!  Tomorrow I start taking two a day(1mg).  The only side effects that I have noticed thus far are the following:

Weird dreams.  I really need to place a dream diary with my book light next to my bed so that I can chronicle those as well.  Mostly I have noticed that my bosses are in my dreams, which really sucks.  I have

Good for both of you! I'm so happy you're doing this.
I can pick up a pack of cigs, smoke em, then not touch them for a year, so I can't understand the "need" that most smokers have. Steve is a fucking asshole when he tries to quit. Next time he tries I'm sending his ass to Antartica. ;)

had bizzaro dreams when I used the patch. And my taste changed, a lot. I used to love Cocoa Pebbles, now I don't like them much at all :(
