The last option- Tired and over it. Rick and I have been talking and he has been pushing me to do it for months. He said that I have never been as stressed at any other job compared to this one. There are a whole lot of unhappy folks where I work. Ever since our HR Director left and later lost her battle with cancer, we have had no champion for us employees...conditions are worsening and they keep getting worse. The morale is at an all time low over there and the revolving door has kicked into medium speed. We have lost 4 ppl in a month.
