We had our 36 week appointment yesterday, and go to weekly appointments from here on out. Blood pressure, fundal height, and baby's heartrate were all on target (I forgot to ask numbers, bad mama). I did gain 5 pounds in the last two weeks, however, putting my pregnancy total at 25. The nurse didn't fuss at me, and in fact, teased Bear by using ( Read more... )

My midwife said that doctors sometimes find bruises on the outside of uterus where babies were kicking.

100% true. I had bruises on my belly where J1 kept kicking the edges of tables/desks in the last month.

Planning on working April 12th even... at least a half day. My MIL is driving in that day from out of state and my sister is wanting to drive up that night, but I think she may want to reconsider since she'd get there late and have to be up at 4 a.m. if I have first of the morning surgery. Easier for her to just drive up the day of the surgery.
