Breastfeeding Question

I'm starting to think I should just leave the pump attached (and running) to my breasts and only remove it when baby wants to nurse... maybe *that* would help. *sighs* I normally pump 1-2oz per pump when she's taken a bottle, and .5oz per pump if she's nursed (pumping afterwards per LC to stimulate production and to ensure breasts are emptied). I think that falls into the category of they really DO make everything under the sun if you search the net eh? ;-)

It reminds me that I do need to by a pumping bra and a battery pack for my PIS though.

Kurt found it when I was struggling with my production issues with Matthew. We're thinking about getting them for our next child.

if there are any brew your own wine/beer stores in your area, you should be able to get brewers yeast through them. or if there are any small breweries in your area, if they won't sell you the yeast they should be able to give you a list of places in the area that have it. and last but not least there are probably several internet stores that promise next day delivery if you can't find it in your area. same for the mothers milk tea.

They sell mothers milk tea near me. If you can't find it near you I could buy a box and send it yo you if you could paypal me for the price of the box. I could ship it cheaper than online shipping I'm sure. Just LMK if you're interested.

According to the GNC website, they carry both items, so later in the week I will go by and pick them up. Thanks for the offer!

Breastfeeding is so hard... i mean IT is not hard, but never knowing if you're getting enough milk and all sure is.

Sounds weird, but if you can't find any yeast... drink a beer. It actually helps up milk production, and it won't hurt the baby. Drinking a 6-pack, however, is frowned upon. ;)
