12pm - Mom calls. Seems they approved the loan to refinance the house at 3.7% interest for 15 years. Yippy! Now they want to do an appraisal on the house ... say what? Yep, they'll be out in the next week or so, oh, by the way will the stem wall be done?

I have less than a week to complete the stem wall. Oh joy! ~wanders off to go do more

That is great that they approved the loan refinance. and that is a decent percentage rate. that sucks about not having much time to get the stem wall up and ready. good luck.

So far, we've gotten a lot done, even though it doesn't seem like it. Most of the base is laid, once that's done the rest should go up really quickly (providing money lasts that long). I replaced the faucets on the sinks that weren't working. I would have done the showers too, but I bought the wrong sized connectors. ~sighs~ Oh well, maybe tomorrow.

We might be able to 'buy some time'. I hope.

Anyhow, by the time you make it down here that should all be done. ~L~ Laters.

~snorts~ I'd be a whole lot happier if I could give it my full attention. I was able to for about 3 days and didn't get nearly as much accomplished as I wanted to (weather and such). Now the Census stuff has started and I have to do that, because they pay me. Bad part is, I think I'll be out of work tomorrow.
