Jolly fine boating weather...

I'm off in about an hour to spend a week gliding up and down the English canal system in a narrowboat. When we first booked the holiday 7 months ago it seemed an idyllic way to spend the Autumn half-term week, but now, with gales blowing around the house and a cold snap predicted for next week, I'm not so sure.

Oh, my, that picture looks like paradise. I would think that would be idyllic as long as hurricanes don't ruin it for you. Have a wonderful, peaceful holiday! And don't you dare sink! :D

That looks awesome! We saw people traveling like that in France and it looked so peaceful. Have a great trip and take LOTS of pictures - the boat, the scenery, your family...I want to see it all!
