Shoot,I freaked out myself when I saw all of the "bandwidth exceeded" signs-I was pissed,and still am-most of what I've recently uploaded is now gone. The comm looks all :/ a mess,and it makes me mad.

A hotlinker is someone that hosts an image linking to the ORIGINAL link to the picture.

In other words,when someone wants an icon,they're supposed to save the image,and if they're going to show it to someone else,they need to upload it to their OWN image server.
Linking to mine just decreased my badwidth space-so once it filled up to its maximum,all of the images I had hosted are now gone.
