Ok, so I know the last cut wasn't that long ago, but yeah, I'm being totally brutal this time and pretty much the only people left are friends from real life who I use LJ to keep in touch with

I absolutely understand the whole bare bones mentality! I recently did a massive group and friends cut, got rid of most of my userinfo content, got rid of nearly all my links and changed to Flexible Squares. Bare Bones are good times.

I'm still keeping you on my flist though! I like hearing about what you're getting up to, so yup.

Specifically with LJ, the reason I've been so brutal, is I use it to keep in touch with friends I made whilst living abroad, which you'll probably get, so I'm trying to keep it just for them now as I don't always get chance to check my flist much other than from my phone.

Same reason I ended up deleting my MySpace, I had it a month or two then got bored as I don't have time for it and all my friends on there are already on other sites.

So at the moment, I'm living between this and Facebook - I've added you on Facebook, and I pretty much write the same updates, well, I copy and paste them across into Facebook Notes from LJ, so it's all there. On LJ it's more a case of keeping my flist readably short rather than stopping people reading my LJ.

... I'm slightly in love with Facebook...
