Well I've a had a learner's permit for 4 1/2 years now. Tomorrow I will try to get my liscence for the 3rd time. I failed the driving test in Louisiana 4 years ago and in California I failed the written test. Earlier this wek was my first time on the highway and it wasn't bad at all.
