I've been noticing a lot of "parents" and their babies this year. The parents wear wool caps and their babies have nothing on their head, most of the babies are in pajamas with a little jacket on. Now, this is only Louisiana, but it's cold. If you're wearing a wool cap......your baby needs one too. I've talked to Ilea, and this year we're gonna ( Read more... )

I was making a left, I stopped at the light (I don't remember if it was green or red) because cars were coming....I waited for 2 mins, and when they stopped I was like finally I can go.

Please keep in mind that some young children don't keep hats on. My little one has to have it double knotted on her to keep it on and then sometimes she can still pry it off. I too see stupid parents out there doing similar things and I live in Minnesnowda so I hear ya there. I think your idea with the hats is a good one.

You can turn on red... so what's the deal. Did it have a no turn on red sign or something?

Also, if I had a kid....I'd make sure the hat was on, tie it, whatever. I relize that even infants may find ways to get out of knots, but I'd keep putting the cap back on as long as the weather remained cold.

oh yeah no turn on red if it is a left turn. Sorry...

That is the key putting the hat back on. As annoying as that can be at times.
