Whooooooooot!!!
I met him!!! And he was the nicest, sweetes, most normal guy I have EVER met!!!
I mean, when I met Alex Kapranos, it was so obvious he was a rock star, ya know?
Everything about the way he dressed, the way he spoke to people, his general mannerisms...
He was nice, don't get me wrong, but you knew you were talking to a star.
Now Peter....he was just so nice....and funny, too.
I mean, his trousers were holey, his shirt wasn't tucked in right, (I could see flesh! I SO wanted to just *poke* him there.....and if it had been anyone else, I probably would have....but no.....not him).....and he had put on the wrong glasses when he left the house that morning. :)
So perfectly normal, he could have been my uncle!
I love him so much!! *grins*
Oh, and he took the mick out of tyr_arcana, kinda.
Said something along the lines of "10 million pixels and he still can't take a decent picture. He'll never be a photographer, he should get his money back!!"
I thought that was fantastic!!!

And the rest of the day was fantastic too!
tyr_arcana and I had a wander through London, had lunch at a buffet in China Town, and explored Hamleys!
After that, we went to Colchester, to Insanitorium, where we met Delkaetre_ni, Jussard, Shadowstone and wizlow. Oh...And Jim. :p
It was a good night. :)
And I kipped on tyr_arcana and delkaetre_ni's sofa.

The let us in half hour later than advertised, and it was fuddy freezing.
I still maintain this was because Louise Jameson was trying to get back into that leather mini skirt. :p

But it was an amazing day, probably the best of my year.
Now, to see Spamalot before March the 8th, and hopefully hang around afterwards for long enough to get that pic of me and Peter signed!!!
Had a lousy journey home.
Walked to Wiv station from tyr_arcana's, got a bus from there to Marks Tey, train to Shenfield, changed at Shenfield to another train to Wickford, and then bussed it back to Southend Vic.
I gotta wonder why I bothered with the trains at all!!!

Now, I am off to bed.
