You should give it to the book-disposed in Puerto Rico--namely, me. ;-)

I see you're Orthodox, do you have "The Orthodox Study Bible". I think Amazon has that.
Just checking out your journal. I'm studying Orthodoxy and I'm pretty sure that's where I'm headed. I want to be Chrismated soon, but my priest says not yet. :(
I notice we have some friends in common....can we be lj friends?

Of course we can be LJ friends! I've friended you already. :-)

I do indeed have the OSB, but wouldn't recommend it for a number of reasons. That being said, however, it's better than nothing!

May God help and guide you as you seek to embrace what St Augustine called the whole Christ--Head and Body.

Salve, Arlie et Isaace!

Christos Voskrese!

Remember me? I've been received into the Church, and am at a Greek Orthodox Monastery in Perrysville, Ohio. My spiritual father here is the former Fr. Alexey Young (he took the name of St. Ambrose of Milan in monastic tonsure), the disciple of Fr. Seraphim Rose. I'm to be put in black as a novice monk this August, but there is some possibility that I will move far away and be in the ROCOR. Anyway, I seemed to remember you being in Ohio somewhere, or being near to it, at least. I'd love to hear from you guys again! By the way, I tried to post on Isaac's website, but I'm not a "friend" on that one, so it wouldn't let me. Would you pass this along to him as well?

I took the name of St. Bede the Venerable in baptism, which took place this past October.

Gaudens in Domino nostro a morte surrecto,
Baeda

Oy. Oyoyoy.

Happy Belated! ::sigh:: I feel like such a dunce...

Um. Okay, for a suggestion, how about investing in some nice hardcover versions of some literature classics? Stuff you can pass on to your kids... I'd love to do that, myself.
