Finally some hot weather here in Duluth. Jay had the weekend off. On Saturday we drove to Ironwood where we handed off the twins to my parents who took them to hang with my sister. On Sunday we cleaned a little and went swimming at Lake Superior. Jay was on-call the fourth. Yesterday after he got home we went swimming at the Lake again

Within a long walk of our home is a golf course/country club.

I almost wish I was inclined to learn golf as there are a host of amenities that make it attractive. But no $ is going in that direction anytime soon. But I hope you get your swing-on soon.

As I write there is a gaping hole in our home which feels just plain weird.

I figure i have to be good at some sport and i want to whack the shit out of some balls...

It's a sport that rewards long and constant practice...

You may want to check out a driving range before you sign up for classes. Give you a taste of what it's about.

I've played screen golf over here, which is fun...but wasn't bit by the bug by any means.
