Looks like my last day at the company I currently work for is Nov 9th. During that time, I get the "fun" liberty of training my replacement, who will be working over in India.

We've had ENORMOUS problems with our off-shorers.

We have some offshore here already, and they are horrible. In a way, I'm glad I'm not going to be around after the layoffs, as it's going to be hell.

Oh I'm not happy with it at all, but there's a decent "bonus" tied to it if I train them, and I'd be an idiot to not take it.

So yeah, I'll train him, but it never said how well I have to ;)
