You seem to really care about this girl. I think things turned out for the better... who knows, it's not over yet. It was good that you guys didn't plan to stay committed over the summer. It's really tough to stick to a committed relationship especially with a lot of time and distance between each other. But you know what, maybe it's the time and distance that will tell.

Reading this entry gave me faith in the male species again. ...not to generalize or anything, heh. It's nice to know that there are mature guys out there. Thanks for writing this entry. You made my day, haha.

Wow, sure, my pleasure. I like to hear that other people think I make good decisions. Maybe it's not over, but the way I see it now, I want to be single going into school and I want to be her friend and not one of those "friends" who you hooked up with then it's awkward after. I'd like to think that, as long as nothing terribly bad happens during any kind of relationship, you can always be friends afterwards.
