Dear Residents,
Stop being irresponsible a--holes, b-tching about how bad you're not treated like a mature adult by your parents AND the school you go to, then set fire to the 2nd floor garbage room...causing tremendous damage to the building some of your peers live in and the building where you do all of your alcohol consumption. This is one of the reasons why you're not only prohibited from consuming anything that impairs your judgment that isn't prescribed but also one of the reasons why your school doesn't enjoy giving you anything good.
